SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
LICENSE:

* Scriptius Free Edition is freeware.

* You may distribute programs made with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as
you wish. There are no royalty or additional fees.

* You may not alter the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in any way, including its
help and text files.

* Scriptius IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. GENTEE, INC.
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

* Installing and using Scriptius means the acceptance of these
terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the
terms of this license you must remove Scriptius files from your
storage devices and cease to use the product.
